Sunday at Waihi Beach Hotel, this festival features Elles Bailey (here in NZ on holiday) as our special guest. And incredible line-up of artists from Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga and the Waikato.

Friday evening Tayla is hosting this workshop at the Union (formerly Don Llewellyn Sports Bar,) at the University of Waikato. Doors open at 7pm. It is a ticketed event because there are consumables related to this arts/crafts workshop; available through Eventfinda.

From Friday until Sunday there are some wonderful bands appearing on the Village Green in Rotorua: Wizard & Oz, Nikua & The Natives, Theory 89, Collision, the Dirty Tones and comedian Ben Hurley on Friday night.

Saturday we have The Blues News, 2nd WInd, Midnight Salt, Shotgun, Kokomo, Kett Le Lievre, Legacy, Robert Lock Loaded, Rehaab, Lazy Fifty and key-note band 19-TWNETY from Australia.

Sunday feature the youth competition and is free to the public.

Thursday 8 December will be our celebration of another year, with a big wind-up party.

Fancy dress is not compulsory, raffles, prizes, pop along and have fun from 7pm.

BHS Showcases are held in the back bar when there is a fifth Thursday in the month.

Because of the current COVID situation with Omicron, Thursday Night Blues 10 March has been CANCELLED.

Biddy’s front bar from 2pm until 6pm with four bands (to be named).

Plenty of warning will be given if it becomes necessary to cancel this event.
