Magic & 3am Blues are excited to be playing again at the Rotorua Blues Festival over Labour Weekend Saturday night 24th October 2020.
Magic & 3am Blues are a five piece Hamilton-based Blues Rock Band which have been part of the Hamilton Blues Scene for many years and have become regular performers at The Hamilton Blues Society monthly jam and Showcase nights, Okoroire Blues Festival,Pirongia Blues Festival, and in the past, Tauranga National Jazz Festival,
and the Rotorua Blues Festival.
The band share a love of high energy classic Blues Rock and are influenced by great blues players such as: Eric Clapton, Gary Moore, Jimi Hendrix and Gary Clark Jnr.
The current band line up is: Magic Murphy (Vocals/Harp), Graeme Webb (Lead Guitar), Eric Otoka (Drums), Rob Wilson (Bass Guitar), and Colin Ogle (Sax).
